Description:

This is the second part of the mod 1936-1939 Spanish Civil War.
In this version the texts are translated into English.
This version contains new maps, weapons, skins, an animation of the step, new loading screens, a new armoured vehicle, among other things.

	Readme File: INSTALL: To install the mod run the "Setup 1936sp.exe" and follow the installation instructions. Remember to select the folder "Call of Duty 2" on the installation for mod files are placed correctly. The installation will give you the option to create a shortcut on the desktop for more convenience. Remember to also clean the folder "main" other mods to avoid conflicts with this mod. UN-INSTALL: To uninstall the mod go to the folder "Call of Duty 2" and run the file "Unnistall 1936SP.exe" with this mod will delete the folder and all its contents, as well as the shortcut. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The minimum requirements of the mod are the same as in the Call of Duty 2. CONTENTS OF THE SECOND PART OF MOD: -7 new missions -Fixed the mission of the first part. -6 new slideshows -A knife for the mission "Pindoque Bridge" and two new machine guns. -An animation of the bayonet. -It has changed the compass icon mod. Removed the grenade indicator. -Two new 3D models, the armoured vehicle UNL-35 and helmet M26 Trubia. -New loading screens for each mission. -Added the system names of the actors to come out except the players randomly. It has changed the priority and frequency battlechatter system. There is still one last part, containing 8 new missions. greetings to all ;-)

Excelente trabajo, muchachos, les agradezco y los felicito!!
La primera parte era buena, pero tenía algunas fallas que ahora han corregido. Rehicieron practicamente todas las viejas misiones y están diez veces mejor; las nuevas aún no las terminé, pero hasta donde llegué pintan muy bien. Los skins son más realistas y no son tantos y tan diferentes como antes, ahora se puede reconocer mejor a un aliado de un enemigo. Y las armas están muy buenas también.
En resumen 10/10 Two Thumbs Up!

¿Y saben qué es lo mejor? Jugar con los italianos, porque no aparecen en muchos juegos de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. En Battlefield 1942 están (bueno, sólo en la expansión) pero no estaban muy bien hechos porque usaban principalmente armas alemanas. Ahora están mucho más realistas. Y la parte en que te confundes al batallón Garibladi con tus aliados es muy divertida. Porca Miseria!! big grin

Una pregunta, ¿cómo va el trabajo en CoD WaW? Creo que quedará muy bien cuando esté terminado. ¿Incluirán también algunas misiones sp?

El proyecto del COD WaW quedo parado hace tiempo, nose si en un futuro de retomara o quedara en una idea nada mas, con el tiempo se vera..

English subtitles appear in this second part, since it contains the missions of the two parts.

Hi there! Fantastic looking mod, can't wait to try it.

Is this mod okay to work on the Steam version of Call of Duty 2? I've made sure the shortcut has the correct 'target' and 'start in'
In my case this is

That's accepted, but when I try to run it, I get a message saying 'Failed to find Steam' even though Steam is open frown

I don't have the Part 1 of this mod (the Spanish only part) installed. Does this matter?

No need to install the first part to play the second part.
Not exactly the problem of Steam, maybe could be a problem of the shortcut. Inside the folder "call of duty 2" you should have a folder called "mod1936sp_eng" and within this 5 files. IWD. You can copy these five files in the folder "main" so you could also play, but remember to remove them whenever you want to play cod2 or another mod.

What about Ireland's part in the Spanish Civil War? I hope an Irish part will come in part 3, I'm glad to see the second part, I almost thought the mod fell through after part 1, I'm glad it didn't.

I'm afraid That There is nothing Irish. frown

It takes me a year older for all the arrangements in missions, the new missions and new addons, I think the mod has improved enough about the first part.

No logro hacerlo funcionar, no me sale el menu de 1936, intento cargar manualmete la mision 14 y me da error. Hay que hacer algo en especial?

Mira que se haya instalado bien, deberias tener 5 archivos .iwd en la carpeta "call of duty 2/mod1936sp" Quizas haya instalado mal puede pasar. Si no tienes esos 5 archivos prueba a reinstalar el mod. De otro manera no tendrias que nada mas que instalarlo unicamente indicando en la instalacion la carpeta call of duty 2 para que se coloquen los archivos correctamente y si lo has elegido en la instalacion te pondra un acceso directo en el escritorio, con ese acceso directo ya podrias jugar sin problemas.

Sorry but I can see a lot of work has gone into the design but the game play is terrible. Usually the objectives disappear or the play is just so dull. I wouldn't waste your time if you haven't installed this yet.
