Description:

Fix for shader_bin error in CoD4Radiant and CoD4EffectsEd.

The mod tools allow you to create modifications for this popular first person sequel developed by Infinity Ward. Note that CoD4 Mod Tools requires your video drivers and DirectX to be up to date. For certain applications to work correctly a DX9 video card is required, even though the game itself will run on a DX8 video card. The CoD4 Mod Tools do not work in Windows Vista, although some users have reported some success running them in Windows XP Compatibility Mode.

i got a small problem, i opened cod4effectsed and selected the cod directory but now, everytime i try to open the programme, i get an error:

couldn't load material '$default'

#4 vista can run the mod tools u just need to run it in XP Compatible mode and if it stuff up then run it with XP Compatible with Administer

i did the whole xp compatibly mode thing And it STILL! WONT WORK! its really starting to tick me off!
