Revolt UO Conversion Patch (.1.0) - File Description

Description:

The FKMOD team has released a patch (version .1.0) for their UO conversion of the Revolt mod. Here's what it's got:

All gametypes are now fully supported in Revolt mode
Fixed missing kill icon for sniper rifles.
Fixed missing textures.
Tweaked weapon settings (eg: sniper rifles are much better).
Added spawn protection to all gametypes.
Added weapon distance setting script. This means ALL weapons have a working effective range (the script in UO simply does not work very well). Pistols are deadly but only at close range. SMGs are more powerful than before but will not kill from across the map. Each succeeding weapon has greater accuracy at longer distance with trade-offs in rate of fire and run speed. Snipers are two-shot kills from the waist down and one-shot kills from the torso up.
Added three bonus maps: Esville, Quarantine Final, and Desert Base (supports CTF). All maps have been fully converted to Revolt.

for such a cool mod there is not one server that runs it, come on slackers get some servers up so we can try it out

revolt for uo was good but to me it had a LOT of errors in sounds and stuff. i have edited some of the stuff with WFM (danks to whoever made that) and might release it soon. FKMOD and MOVIESTAR i am editing your work but i WILL cite your names in the readme. SO: there is a new sound for all the M16s beacause the sstock sound was very bad. if any of you reading this ever watched black hawk down, the M16s in the movies sound almost like a gewehr. so the M16 now has the sound of the Gewehr. i made all the guns that have miniscopes or red dots attached fire full auto. the ideal use for a red dot is a close quarters baqttle, and what use is semi auto? and the M14 and g3a3 fire full auto on any mode, be watchful for the recoil!
should be out soon.

i never made the mod i mentioned, but im working on it.
