RAR file contains both the playable files and the development source files.
Go into the playable files and copy all of its contents into your Call of Duty 4 directory.

Default Locations :

Steam users:
C:Program FilesSteamsteamappscommoncall of duty 4

Non Steam users:
c:Program Filescall of duty 4

INSTALLING THE MOD:
Before Running the map, the mod must be enabled for certain elements of the map to work.
Find your Call of Duty 4 shortcut, right click it and go to properties
In target add to the end +set fs_game "mods/vip"

Example :
"C:Program Files (x86)ActivisionCall of Duty 4 - Modern Warfareiw3sp.exe" +set fs_game "mods/vip"

RUNNING THE MAP:
Once the mod is enabled, run the game ( Call of Duty 4 main background should be blueish to indicate a mod is running )
Once in the game, enable console : OPTIONS> GAME OPTIONS> ENABLE CONSOLE
To start the map hit "~" to bring down the console
Type : /map vip
Hit enter and the map should load.

If any errors occur on map load, make sure you installed the mod correctly.
