File poster:
-Fast connection
-Lots of free time
-Ability to comment on the files in an intellegent manner
-Ability to communicate with mod developers in an intellegent manner.
News poster:
-Lots of free time
-A VERY good command of the English language.
-You must know where to go for the news on the game.
Site admin:
-All of the above, plus maturity.
If nobody knows who you are, then get more well known in the community. Proove your worth! |
