	This News Item has been viewed 3,583 times Ok here's a major update. First of, we have a new skinner onboard, and his name? Apocalypse That's right Apoc has joined the WoW team. Secondly, the site is near completion and will soon be up and running, a big thanks to Kilroy for this. Thirdly, we're still lacking and real permanent, hard working members, basically we need a few of the following: Coders/Scripters Modelers (Preferably with importing and UV Mapping knowledge) And a few mappers The mod is still based around WWII and will hopefully be adding some of the things that United Offensive missed out. what exactly does it do?I know it says "fixes things that UO missed" but what are they specifically talking about??

New weapons etc... cool

And maybe some other new features still to decide though, it will just mainly be new weapons and skins, but we may add some other stuff.

that is the best ppsh skin i've seen. Good job and now that you got apoc it will be even better sense we all know how hard he works.

look, the new mp44 skin in UO cant be touched.... all you need is a maxim MG for russians, a ppsh42 (forgot what its called, the total metal one with a clip), make the bren into an actual machine gun instead of an *****ault rifle...make an mg42 as a portable MG instead of just the mg34, and it would be nice if the german mp41 would be in there, its not THAT hard to do i dont think... but would UO really screwed up on is the fact that there arent any walther p38's, i mean what the crap, no one hardly used lugers, they were too highly prized.

PPSH looks amazing, but I can't grade that SVT.. I'd prefer a normal view of it, not the mid-bash view.

Yeh, sorry bout that, these are ALL hi-res models, and my screen resolution is too low to get a decent screenie, due to the high detail, so i had to use bash so you could see the grain effect on the wood, i'll try getting another screenie up soon though.

personally i dont see the point in this mod, UO seems perfectly normal to me except for major lag problems in mp. BUT if you want to change stuff or add new weapons (not sure how many more you can add seeing as UO added a load lol) or reskin stuff then go ahead, good luck, i just dont think it has a purpose!

nice ppsh skin, bad gewehr skin! well done so far? :S

The #1 new things UO needs is realistic damage, and realistic accuracies...Realistic Accuracies? you might be thinking...when is say that, i mean that thompsons should be unaccurate dew to the fact that they kick alot, rather than UO's way, which is by giving them a wide spread and little recoil...Other guns should be effected by recoil aswell, which would seem much more realistic than just giving the mg's and smg's a large spread....

BTW, #13, the mp-44 and stg-44 were the same guns...it is often called the "gun of many names"...don't know y it had "many names though"...need to do more research.....

lol and thats not an SVT its a G43 and they didnt make that its a UO model so blame activision and gray matter studios if you dont like it.
