I'd like to see more of the Brits' and Canucks' big battles, like Sword, Juno and Gold beaches, the Falaise Pocket, the battle in the shadow, and others in Germany. Somebody make a game or mod of that! |

He starts out in the 7th Armoured with Davis, then somehow ends up with the 6th airborne for Pegasus Bridge, then he's back with the 7th Armoured for Caen, then he's with the SAS for the sabotage of the German dam, then he's captured in an Austrian manor, and finally he's sabotaging the Tirpitz battleship!!!!

Posts: 553 | I read the dates on the CoD loading screens and I realised that Price was rescued at the Austrian Chateau in august 44 just before he was sent the Eder dam early in september. Then in october he's sabotaging the tirpitz and gets kia. However, theres absolutely no mention of his capture and rescue in the briefing before the Dam mission, nor do I find how he is captured in the first place, a couple of months after D-day. And during the Dam mission, the jerries say that our leader(most likely Price since he's cpt. and Waters is sgt.), is captured, which is a bit confusing, but then he shows up driving the truck but doesnt say a word himself. |

Posts: 407 | Look very carefully. Despite the order the missions are in, they aren't exactly in CHRONOLOGICAL order. Just look at the tag that shows at the start of most missions (Both COD & COD2) that tells you the month, day, year and place the mission is set in and it'll start making sense. |

Posts: 422 | My thinking was, if Price was originally part of the 7th Armoured Division he would have had to undergo a lengthy process of specialist training to be a part of the paratroop corps and fight at Pegasus Bridge on D-Day. Yet from 1942-43 he was fighting in Africa.The fact that he switches back to the 7t h Armoured not long after D-Day for Caen suggests he was not permanently attached to the 6th Airborne, which of itself makes no sense if he went through training as a paratrooper. Is it even possible to switch from infantry to paratroops and back in so short a space of time???
And #30 and 31, read Gamespot's interview with Vince Zampella and Zied Rieke:

(note the characteristic moustache).That's why they gave him the beret in CoD 2, to make him more identifiable as the one you fought alongside in CoD. |

Posts: 553 | It'd been infinitely cooler if in Cod1 instead of being transferred to the commandos after Pegasus Bridge you could stay in Normandy with the 6th airborne and defend the nearby farmlands from relentless german counterattacks while the British Army moved out of Sword and into Caen. This would have been historicaly accurate as the 6th airborne stayed in Normandy for about two months, defending the lines heroically.
