Yeah, someone changed the title, maybe it's been a little... inappropriate....
Originally it had something to do with medication... (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suppository) ;-)
The map is self-made, rather small for 12 pl. max but it suits us, 'cause we're only 6 at max.
The mod is XXXezekielsXXX "New weapons mod" ( available here: http://callofduty.filefront.com/file/Zekes_New_Weapons_Mod;49968 ),
consisting the Panzerschreck, a scoped G43 and potato grenades(!), great mod!!!
Dunno if it works with other mods but give it a try!
